Bio
Hello! I am Ryan Lawrence and I am currently based in Los Angeles. I'm a multi-disciplinary creative seasoned with over 8 years of experience in both traditional and digital forms of design and advertising. Originally born and raised in Miami Florida, I've worked in small digital shops to large traditional agency environments from as far east in the Philippines to New York and finally landing on the west coast. I consider myself an artist and generalist at heart and I tend to thrive in collaborative cultures. My skills are refined across different platforms and creative mediums utilizing both design-centric problem solving and strategic thinking. I’m proficient with a number of programs like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Logic Pro to name a few. With a natural curiosity, I'm always willing to adapt or set new trends based on what I experience.
Skills
And because of this approach and skillset, I've been given many opportunities to lead creative from concept to execution. As the creative lead in new business pitches, my creative and strategic thinking brought in clients like Sony, LG Electronics, Dog Chow, PowerBar, Kiehl's, Toyota, American Express and AT&T. I'm always eager to collaborate with colleagues and clients alike, and in turn, will mentor young guns along the way. In my spare time, I love doing film photography, composing music, making art and traveling to places I've never been.
